Sampling inspection covers three stages: pre-production sampling inspection, in-production sampling inspection and pre-shipment sampling inspection, to control product quality at key milestones.

• Pre-production Inspection: Verify that the factory fully understands customer quality requirements and identify risks regarding raw materials and production scheduling.

• In-production Inspection: On-site check when 50% of goods are completed. Spot production abnormalities in a timely manner to prevent major quality failures in later stages.

• Pre-shipment Inspection: Conducted when all products are finished and over 80% of packaging is completed. Zhenhe inspectors visit the factory and perform sampling in accordance with MIL‑STD‑105E (AQL). Items checked include dimensions, functions, safety, labels, shipping marks and packaging, with full records kept.

Multi-point quality control enables real-time visibility of production and quality status. It helps avoid mass non-conformity, schedule delays, quantity discrepancies and factory contract fraud, reducing customers’ procurement risks.
